Alen Chalich, Editor

Alen is a Syrian-born filmmaker with a passion for storytelling through film and television. She lived and studied in Dubai, where she earned a BA in Film, before moving to the United States in 2021 to pursue an MFA in Motion Picture and Television.

Alen has always loved storytelling and has built her career around bringing ideas to life through editing and the lens of a camera. Her first job was as a production executive at a digital media company in Dubai, where she produced live broadcasts and created web content for three sister companies. This role gave her hands-on experience with the production process, from planning to execution, and solidified her love for creating visual content.

When she’s not working, Alen enjoys exploring camera gear and cinematography techniques. She’s always looking for new ways to improve her craft. In her free time, she also enjoys playing video games, biking, playing basketball, watching horror movies with her partner, and, of course, showering her dog with millions of kisses.

Alen is always eager to learn and grow, bringing a blend of technical expertise and creativity to every project she works on.
