When it comes down to how we create what we create – Dom is the quarterback. But, as is the case with any creative medium, it truly takes a team of talented people to be successful.
And the bottom line, in our business, is having a proper facilitator that empowers the team to complete their individual tasks in concert with others; that’s an EP’s main responsibility and Dom fills that role completely.
We are only as good as our last piece of work. And our last piece of work is only as good as the people who are charged with delivering a creative vision.
Our people are our biggest asset and the true reason behind our success and Dom is proud to lead them.
Dom is a graduate of Colorado State University’s School of Journalism and Communications. He and his wife live in Golden with their two girls, Giuliana and Layla Grace.
