Oswego Creative can be a crazy, hectic place buzzing with new ideas, ever-changing schedules and demands – and at the center of it all? The grounded super-star that is Anna Giron.
Anna has been the glue that holds this place together for the last 7 years. As the Office Manager, Anna has her hand in some of the most important work that we do at Oswego Creative, keeping the peace – both internally and externally.
We all know that Anna is so much more than what her title tells you…Anna is an electrifying force here at Oswego Creative. Her smile is contagious, and that isn’t just because she is constantly cracking jokes, she just has that quality about her that makes you want to be her friend. She never shies away from a challenge but meets everything head on with a look that says “Oh you think you can take ME?”
We all adore Anna and would truly fall apart without her.
Bob (President, Chief Creative Officer, Co-Founder): Oswego is a company where so many different people are working on so many different projects in so many different cities; thank goodness there is someone who keeps it all straight. Without her, accounts receivable and accounts payable would put quite a stress on the client relationships we take so much pride in.
Erica (Account Executive and Producer): Anna is the glue that holds this office together! She is like our Mama bird that keeps us all on track. Anna is an extremely hard worker and is always there when you need her. She does one of the hardest jobs, which is keeping us all organized and always having our office in check. I am so thankful for Anna not only as a coworker but also as a friend. The minute we met we were instant friends. She is a sweet soul that is always there for you when you need to talk. Outside of the office, she is the best mom to her son. Seeing her and her son’s special bond is such a beautiful thing and she carries that understanding, teaching and FUN both at home and at the office. I don’t know what we would do without our Anna!
Mike (Director of Post-Production): Anna is one of a kind. From her sense of humor and amazingly infectious laugh to her dedication to her job. I know that there is no way this place could operate without her. Her spirit makes every day better. I know when I walk past her office and see her smiling face that no matter what challenges the day holds there will be a great moment to get us through.
Josh (Editor): Anna is high spirited, brightens your day, and can always make you smile.
Bert (Vice President, Co-Founder): Anna is the embodiment of integrity, honesty and reliability. Her position at OC requires all three. Perfect match. Period. Personally, if I had a fourth daughter, it would be Anna.
Matthew (Account Executive and Producer): When it comes to teamwork, you want members you can count on as teammates. To do what is needed when it is needed to help the team succeed, and Anna is the teammate that gets the job DONE and then some. It is easy to count on Anna to do what is right and be the support to help you and the rest of the team succeed. Anna is the steadfast player that every winning team has and needs.
Adam (Director of Photography): Anna is the first person you see when you come to Oswego. That’s a great thing because she will always greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going. She can answer any question you have since she deals with a little bit of everything as the Oswego Office Manager.
Laura (Digital Marketing Manager): Anna has star power. She has that certain something that makes others around her want to laugh with her, be close to her, and listen to what she has to say. Anna brings her star power to everything she does. This office would not function without Anna and she does her job with such poise and ease, even when the rest of us don’t make it easy… Anna is a rock star.
Bill (Vice President of Operations & Marketing): Every successful organization has that person who is the glue that keeps it all together. For Oswego Creative that person is Anna. Besides providing critical back of the house support, Anna also does all the little things that keep Oswego moving forward. She does all of this with a smile on her face and a great attitude. It is a pleasure to get to work with Anna. She makes every day a little bit brighter.
Dom (Account Executive and Producer): Office management is requires a lot of time, effort and memory… what was billed when, to whom and also juggling seemingly mundane tasks like payroll and insurance… these employees aren’t by themselves irreplaceable, that is unless you find a good one. One who is trustworthy, honest and dependable. Anna is that in spades. I value her, her role and her dedication to the companies we run and the employees who work here.
